Shipping times and costs

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding bank holidays (1 and 6 January, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, and 8, 25 and 26 December).

Orders received on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

When you receive the package, we always advise to write “goods unchecked” on the delivery note. Otherwise, we cannot grant to pick up and refund any damaged product.
