Returns and refunds

You can decide to return any product purchased on www.foppapedretti.it within 14 days from the delivery date.

When you receive the package, we always advise to write “goods unchecked” on the delivery note. Otherwise, we cannot grant to pick up and refund the damaged product.

RETURNS FORM

1. Fill in the Returns Form where you will find all the information to be followed.
2. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the tags attached.

You can only send your return from the country where you placed the order.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be processed.

EXCHANGE

It is not possible to exchange the item ordered (e.g. changing the colour). You will have to return the item received by following the instructions above. The returned item will be refunded by bank transfer once it has returned to our warehouses and you can then place a new order (e.g. in the desired colour) on our website.

RETURNS

Usually we accept the return within 5 working days from the delivery date to our warehouse; after acceptance, we will reimburse by bank transfer and send out a confirmation email.

The refund will be made by bank transfer within 5 days of issuing the credit note.
